Although the machine loads well and cleans properly it does not dry - even at extra heat setting. We are trying to return as we expected a lot more having paid for a brand we thought we could trust.

It looks and feels like a quality product. The water input pipe comes with a sizable electro-valve attached at the very end which does not necessarily make it easy to install if there is little space around the connection point.
