Very quiet. Plenty of programmes to choose from. Compact size. Not too obtrusive. Warning beeps when switched on and off.

Can be a bit fiddly loading stuff on the top shelf. Large device on the end of the water pipe means you need quite a big hole in the cupboard to pass it through. Can mistakenly switch it on when closing the door.

Lots of Wah cycles, compact and very quiet. Not suitable for large family. Great if 2-3 people

Nothing

Once you have sussed how diffently you can load it is straight forward. The dishwasher is very quiet and easy to forget it's on. Easy to decide which program to use and get it going. The drying of the load is a great bonus from our last machine.

The pod container is a little fiddly to close with it in. The only other thing it is easy to switch on, when the door is open in the down position to close.

By far the best dishwasher I’ve ever owned! It’s the smallest too yet I get so much in it and the high of the baskets is perfect for large plates as well as wine glasses! Perfect! Really happy!

Very easy to use; choice of 9 different programmes, including energy/water saving eco option; display shows how long programme has to run; decent size cutlery basket for a slimline model; aesthetically it looks good.

Based on comparison with my previous dishwasher (a Bosch Logixx slimline), and using the Eco programme, the Hotpoint doesn't clean glasses as well, or remove dried on food residues, or dry dishes as well. The Bosch model's kitchen knife rack was better...
