particularly good value at this price (used to be top of the range)

none so far, although I had a programmer go on my previous Hotpoint; but still bought another one to replace it

I chose this model because it had a half load option but see below. Otherwise very easy to use.

The half load can only be used with the top section which means you cannot use the cutlery basket
