We bought this to replace a working bottom of the range 15 year old Thorn dishwasher when we refitted our kitchen. We thought this was a sensible decision as the old one could not go on forever. How we have regretted it.

This dishwasher seamed like a brilliant buy when I purchased it and had no problems whilst it was under its warranty but a month after the warranty expired we had nothing but problems ending with the central pump packing in which to replace would cost...

Had to have the blasted thing replaced by guarantee no less than 5 times! Either the spray arms would fall off, or the salt deposit's cover would lose its thread, or the heating element would pack up. Now the guarantee has expired and I'm left with...

Bought this machine a couple of years ago and it was a reasonable, budget machine...but once it stops, that's it! No repairer will touch it with a barge pole and I now have to buy another machine.

this machine started off ok, but over the months we had it, it became less effective, it didnt wash properly we spent more time washing the pots after they came out of the machine, bits of the machine kept falling off, need a new one now thats better....

Big, pretty ugly, doesn't fit the vacant space well - protrudes 5 cm from standard size worktop.

I've had this dishwasher for a few months now and it's working well. It's got all the features I want except that it doesn't have a plate warming cycle (for the once a year that I'd use it).
