The cutlery tray rather than cutlery basket frees up useful space in the lower drawer.

It's almost silent. Wasn't sure I would like the cutlery draw, and it has taken a bit of training to get the kids to use it properly, but it's great. It gives you so much extra space on the bottom level for pans etc.

Very very quiet running, main reason I purchased this item, for a family room/ kitchen . Have to get right up close to it to hear any noise. Ideal for open plan.

Fitting instructions would of had me screwing through control panel to fix door if I hadn't double checked.

The width of the bars at the bottom is a little too wide compared to other machines. This means that you cannot always load it an an unconventional way without stopping the water spinner from turning. This is minor considering ALL of the positive elements
