There is more room in bottom compartment for pans etc and large plates as compared to my old dishwasher

The cutlery tray is a good idea but a little awkward to load and a bit spiky on your fingers.

We love the cutlery drawer, it cleans so well and makes putting the clean cutlery away so easy

Additional tray for cutlery, quiet. It works fine, great service from Bosch (so far).

I have not noticed if there is an option for half load.

Love the top cutlery draw wasn't sure I would but it does free up more space in the lower tray. Beats my old Hotpoint hands down. This machine is super quiet and Bosch 2 year warranty is a bonus

Not much clearance for wine glasses or pint glasses at the the top this is the only downside of top cutlery tray but you just need to change old loading habits to suit.

Love the cutlery drawer and it's so quiet. We tend to use eco which is 3 1/2hrs but put it on at end of day so no issues.

The door seemed a bit flimsy - will see over time.
