Cutlery basket is badly designed because on one side one has a wall that only comes half way which means that items flop about rather - I've had to buy a new basket made in the usual way.

love that it is so quiet

crockery comes out quite wet

Only used eco and works well.

Time on eco is long 3.5hrs although probably saves on energy.

We have a leak so not properly installed by your engineer

Had for 2 months - hasn't worked since it was delivered. Bosch ordered parts that didn't arrive so still not fixed. Would never buy Bosch again

Eco cycle is long but washes excellently, much better than my previous model.
