Cleans well but reliability an issue

I inherited this dishwasher from the previous homeowner so I had little input in the choice, but I've had a lot of input in the repairs. My overall opinion is that ASKO tried to build in a lot of features but didn't concentrate enough on ...

Cleans well, reasonably quiet, many features.

Poor design for reliability, very expensive repairs. High Cost to own.

Expensive Mistake - Asko 1805 - JUNK!!! DON'T BUY ONE!!!

We've had our Asko 1805 Dishwasher for 6-1/2 painful years. It looked pretty, stainless steel that matched our other appliances but it never really cleaned well, even though we rinse & pre-wash dishes in HOT water prior to putting them in the ...

Aesthetically pretty, but useless.

Too many to list!!! Don't buy an ASKO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

don't get ASKO!!!

Three and a half years ago we bought a new, digital, ASKO dishwasher (in Israel they are called TELSA, for some odd reason, maybe to hide the unreliable origin).

cleans great, relatively quiet - when it works!!! (hint: almost never...)

totally unreliable! buy only if you are in love with the technician!!!

Stallions of Dishwashers

Do you wash your dishes before you wash the dishes? We all run through that cycle, before you load the DishWasher, you HAVE to wash the dishes. The cycle is BROKEN, THE CURSE is over, with the new Asko1805 Dishwasher, the Stallion of the dishwashers....

Very good, excellent loading, and super easy to use

Did I forget to turn it on?

I bought an Asko dishwasher 2 years ago when we moved into a house with a kitchen the size of a small closet. The dining room is separated by a little table, so it is crucial that the dishwasher is quiet. This Asko dishwasher is so quiet that I usually...

In Praise Of The Asko 1805 Dishwasher

The Asko 1805 dishwasher cleans baked on sticky barbecue sauce from the broiler pan without scrubbing or soaking. I'm not kidding, I tried it and it works. It cleans burned eggs off the frying pan and stuck macaroni and cheese from the bottom of the...

The Asko 1850 really cleans, is made of durable stainless steel is quiet and easy to use.

I have to rinse the baby bottle nipples after running them through a cycle because I noticed some residue trapped in the nipples.

An absolute fi-Asko!

Remember the old "Green Acres" show? Lisa Douglas (Eva Gabor) washed her dishes by simply stuffing them into the dishwasher and mashing down the lid. Whatever didn't fit, she just threw out the kitchen window! Well, they'd be at least as clean...

None whatsoever!

That's exactly the word: this machine is one big "con" job!

Ask Asko for Quality

What are the three most important features of a dishwasher? Quiet, quiet, and quiet. Asko delivers on all three counts. Asko was unheard of in our town until we installed ours. After a large dinner party the last guests lingered in the kitchen...

Quiet, quiet, quiet
