Washed out grey screen

Maybe I got a bad unit but the screen is horrible.

Good price, nice feature list, seems to have a good set of options for adjustment

I expected a lot more of the screen from a monitor manufacturer. I have a couple ViewSonic monitors and love them ; The screen is very grey and washed out. No matter what you do with the settings it is still washed out and oversaturated. The background...

Decent..but not for hanging!!

I've purchased the 10.4" & 8" models with the intention of hanging them on the wall however the "wall mounting" design is totally useless! I you're looking for a nice frame for a desk or other table surface this is a gem for the price. If you're...

Decent frame for the money. Sharp clear picture. Program on/off

Very poor design to hang on wall

Nice overall design

File transfer is somewhat of an irritant if you transfer from storage media, but is very easy if you connect directly to the computer

No REAL folder options

My biggest problem is that the frame comes with 8 Folders already setup on the internal memory, but there is no way to limit the slide show to one folder. Additionally, throught the folder view option, you can only copy/delete one file at a time. If...

Nice picture, moderately easy menu system, good slide show options

Folders are a waste, there's no real file system. Remote buttons have to be pressed just right

Strange decisions

I bought this solely for the video playback feature. It greatly disappointed on two levels. 1) It always displays a counter on the screen while playing videos. There is NO option to turn it off. I was hoping to use multiple frames in our production...

Nice, bright looking image

video playback problems

Nice...But not much luck with video

Firmware upgrades don't appear to be available on their website and no mention of it in the product description.

For my pictures which is the main reason I bought it the thing works great

Says it plays .Mp4. I haven't had luck with that but maybe there's a file size limit

Great Value & Sensible Features

Remote control (it is important to not have reach out the back to get things done) ; Auto on-off (whats the point have the thing run 24 hrs or remembering to turn it on / off) ; Great screen ; Subtle frame (most other frames overwhelm the actual...

Remote fells a little cheap in handling (but there is no issue in handling the device at all)
