Overall a NICE FRAME!

USE PHOTOSHOP! I had to resize or crop every photo to 1000x600 (automation helps) and then apply a Smart Sharpen filter. Resulting pictures are 60-150k and you can fit A LOT of them into the built-in 128Mb card. It actually works better than inserting...

Very easy to setup and the size of course! Frame looks nice too. Control buttons do everything you need, so you don't have to rely on remote to see things if you ever lose it. Internal 128Mb memory is spacious enough for hundreds of photos if you save...

These are more annoyances than cons: control buttons are all same size and shape and feel and in the back. Even same distance between them. So to control the device without having to look behind it is nearly impossible. Images came out a bit or a lot...

Matsunichi PF1009M 10" Widescreen 10" 800 x 480 TRUE DIGITAL Cherry Digital Picture Frame

For the price this is a great picture frame. The settings allow user adjustment of time on images and transition effects. I have mine placed on my desk, directly under two fluorescent task lights. The image is a little washed out, but that is more due...

The instructions are a bit confusing, and overall the logic used by the system is not what I am used to, but after a bit of trial and error all is well. Just be prepared to spend some time reading the instructions and doing some trial and error to get...

First fram was bad...waiting on a replacement

The frame was big and picture quality was good for the price ; Nice features that generally aren't on many other frames. like auto-dim and clock/calendar mode

light wasn't evenly distributed across the frame ; Stretch modes distort the pictures too much ; Couldn't find a way to easily re-order pictures ; Cherry wood frame looks fake, black is much better, unfortunately cherry is the one that's on the frame...

OOPS!

Understand that the 2 stars are for the NEWEGG shipping department - not the product --- and certainly not for NEWEGG as a whole ...they're the best!

I don't know yet --- I bought it for a Birthday present

Now, I'm scared ... I received mine in a box, the size, that could have easily held 8 or 10 of these (a very big box). Unfortunately there was only enough packing to protect something about half the size of the item ... It definately got bounced around...

Matsunichi PF1009M 10" Widescreen 10" 800 x 480 TRUE DIGITAL Cherry Digital Picture Frame

In general Newegg has always been very good with customer service, pricing, and quality of goods. In short they are a pleasure to deal with. Its unfortunate that those responsible for the packaging of items for shipping do not display the same...

Price...excellent price for a 10" photo frame. The unit can be programed to go directly to a slide show display from power up. This is a nice option if you plan to give it as a gift to a non-technical person. For the rest of us, the frame has many...

Display not as vivid as other much more expensive models. The manual needs work. A good technical writer would do wonders for it. The unit was not packaged well for shipping. The shipping department at Newegg needs trainning and oversight. This was not...

Not Bad for the Price

1. Cost - $99 for 10" with 1024x768 is a great price ; 2. Features - Again, for $99 this thing beats the feature set of most $200+ frames

There is only one con and that is the picture quality. I should mention that I came from a beautiful Aluratek 10" frame that cost 80% more, but didn't last a year. While I am upset about the early death with no warranty on the Aluratek, I have to say...

Outstanding

I could only find one review on the web - at Newegg. So I took a chance. Need not have worried. This is a great buy. Build and image quality are excellent. Functionality is comprehensive - they have pretty much though of everything. The manual and...

Internal speakers sound tinny - but it's not a stereo system and they have provided a headphone socket

Very Nice

Resolution and clarity are great. Finally a digital frame with more functionality and configuration options than most of the competition. I purchased before any reviews were posted, which I normally don't do. However I am very pleased with everything...

Haven't found anything worthy of notice.
