Doesn't work as Advertised

 

I will also send the manual and instructions to my state attorney general for investigation as to fraud.

Nothing good to say

I bought this because it says you can attached it to your PC via USB and upload pictures. This does not work as advertised and I have tried repeatedly to work this with Hannspree and still no resolution. I am trying to return it

I received this 10" digital photo frame from newegg 3 days ago. Took it out of the box and plugged it up and it would not power up. I sent it back to newegg the next day. Don't know if its a good product or not because I haven't seen it work yet

I bought 5 of these, planning on handing the rest out for Christmas. My dilemma is whether to return the defective one to NewEgg or HannSpree. Either place will can't get me a replacement until next year. Right now I'm thinking I'll just go for the...

Great price, great resolution, easy to use, automatic timer

1) No random mode. 2) After playing a slideshow on my desk for one week the unit started automatically returning to the menu screen, then the reverting itself to the "chose source" screen. It will no longer play a slideshow, making it completely useless

Irritated! Spend the money and get a better one! What makes it worst, is I bought it for my folks for x-mass.

Worked great to start with

Only six months later and there is a line throught the middle of the screen and you can't get it to FF through pictures anymore

It OK (doesn't absolutely suck), but I wouldn't buy another one of their products.

Looks great ; Automatically knows if it's in portrait or landscape
