VERY DISAPPOINTED TO FIND OUT THAT RITZ.COM IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE STORES - CONSUMERS SHOULD BE NOTIFIED OF THIS BEFORE PURCHASING. SO I SPENT $400 FOR A CAMERA THAT I AM UNABLE TO GET A WARRANT ON BECAUSE I WAS DEFRAUDED.

The 4GB Gigaware SD card will not work with this frame. That's a big con considering its a Gigaware frame. I was able to get an old 1gb Sandisk card to work with it.
