To the person that was dissatisifed with the 1/3" circle on 3 that she had bought and returned, that is the receiver for the remote, not a defect. It is barely noticible but a necessity to use the remote.

Great gift item at an unbelievable price. Let's you use personalized pictures and songs for the display/alarm. Only disappointment is that slideshows and mp3's must be on a thumb drive which sticks out the side of the unit. Otherwise am excellent value.

For getting really good results, I did the following. I prepared each picture by cropping and re-sizing them in a picture-graphic editor. I had no trouble, but this would be quite a project if someone had lots and lots of pictures.
