After several failed attempts to add usb devices (printers, scanners, webcams, memory readers, etc.) to Windows Vista computers, I decided to return the Vista to the store and go back to XP Professional where everything works like butter on bread....

The ACER software is very problematic and I can find no one to help resolve problems. An ACER program did not install properly, causing an automatic encytion of all my word files and I have no way to re-install or delete the program.

Good value compared to comparable hardware.

Would have been nice to have some printed information or installation/information disk with the delivery. Had some problems/ questions that I couldn''t find immediate answers for during setup.

Plan and simple, a great computer for the price. Even has 256MB onboard video. Enough to handle anyone''s SOHO video demands. A 160GB hard drive paritioned into C and D equally. I got my M410 with XP in Sept 2007. Was so good, I bought a second one in...
