It's an amazing machine. I love the touch screen. It's fast and easy to have two screens side by side.

I had no idea how to use the Windows Media Centre with the TV aerial and it took 6 weeks before someone was able to show me how to do it. I didn't like the VAIO centre on the top of the screen either!!

Excellent colour calrity and superb sound for a PC

Bad screen reflection in bright light; sound cuts out when power saving turns screen off (no workaround found yet); no ability to record incoming video; poor external card slots (no SanDisk, for example)

Pleasant to use and sensible size display.

Scant documentation still leaves me in a quandary when something new or unexpected occurs. Support not as plentiful as I expected. Could not have set up without bought in technical support. Google Chrome and Windows explorers not fully compatible. No...

Neat design with wireless mouse and keyboard with good range to keep down desktop clutter. Exceptionally good, fast keyboard. Very clear, sharp screen. Touch-screen is a bonus, great for moving, expanding, shaping, sorting windows, i-pad style....

Vertical CD/DVD tray is a pain for inserting discs and restricts positioning large heavy screen into a corner. Very heavy. Fan in unit quite noisy.
