Some Good, Some Bad

Consider the power requirements of any add-on video cards you may be considering as this is a relatively low power unit. I would plan on using USB for all of your add-on peripherals and/or firewire.

Super quiet, the only thing you will hear out of this little silver box is your hard drive...so, get a quiet one if you want silence. Super small form factor, well built and thought out layout

Shuttle SS59GV2 Intel Pentium 4 / Celeron Intel Socket T(LGA775) SiS 661FX SiS Mirage Barebone

I built a pc for a family member with this case and I almost snatched it up for myself! I'm building one for myself in a newer model case that supports Pentium D.

It's a very good case. Sturdy, fairly quiet, fairly easy assembly. The cooling system is great on it. All numbers are usually right at 30C. Never higher than 40C even with the fan on medium

This was my first build and the case is small, so it was slightly difficult to work in. But that is something to be expected

worst PC experience ever

Newegg customer service was very good about refunding my money after the 3rd unit was found to be defective. Refunding some of my return shipping costs was an added bonus. Thanks again, guys.

didn't give me bird flu

I ordered this for a customer and received it back a month later dead. The 1st RMA from Newegg was DOA. I sent it back for another RMA. That was DOA too. So 3 out of 3 units were junk

Don't buy.

Shuttles are the worst machines of all time.

It won't steal your wallet

I bought 4 which all died ; I RMA'd those 4 and got 4 new ones. 3 of those 4 are DOA

very disappointed

The machine does not boot up when a Pentium D chip is installed. There is an option to flash the BIOS but that requires a floppy drive on the machine which I don't have. The shuttle support site is very sketchy and unhelpful. I would not recommend this...

Looks good, well-written instruction manual

All items reqd for assembly not supplied- in particular, the processor thermal compund, BIOS does not support Pentium D processors
