I was looking for a nice versatile but yet forceful fan. This fan is so quiet you barely hear it working.

Bigger than I expected (I didn't really pay attention to the height) but so quiet and I don't have to sit right in front of it to cool off. I would say I can feel the air up to 8 feet away.

The fan works well and is quiet. I love having different speeds and the option of oscillating. It is in our kitchen/breakfast area which faces west - we can tell a difference.
