Lenovo Y900-34ISZ (90DD000SUS)

This computer is perfect for HTC VIVE. Except for my one Con..

The only con I have found so far is that the GTX 980 gets hot during VR game play. 60 Celsius plus. For VR, this computer needs liquid cooling of some kind or a different version of the GTX 980 card with more fans. BUT, don't let that scare you away.

Computer is good, however

Everything about this computer is absolutely amazing aside from the display adapters. That one thing honestly makes me regret spending my money on it.

Runs great, keyboard is very nice and fun to type on, especially when coming from a laptop. graphics on every game are absolutely beautiful. Working on projects and rendering is a dream when it comes to adobe suite programs.

The only port that works for me is the hdmi port on the graphics card. Every other port will absolutely not detect anything. Frustrating when you're use to using 3 monitors. I've tried so many ridiculous things just to attempt to get it fixed with no...

Fantastic buy!

Happy to recommend!

This is a VR ready machine that has not given me a single issue yet. It is quiet, fast, and plays all of my games with amazing quality.

It would always be nice to pick these up at a lower cost, but I'm not sure that's a reasonable con.

Great gaming rig out of the box

I've had my new machine a few weeks, and am very happy with it. Was looking for a single card/FHD home gaming pc to replace one I built a few years back. I also looked at VelocityMicro, Maingear, and Alienware but found this model beat their prices....

Has a GTX980 Stable Larger SSD than comparably priced systems Pretty quiet, even under load With the exception of Mcafee, bloatware free Nice included mechanical k/b and laser mouse Good looking system

I don't expect a bluray burner, but would a dvd-burner/bd-rom combo killed you Lenovo? A 625w bronze power supply, if I was ever going to run SLI (I'm not) this would be an issue.

So far so good

Easy setup, up and running in short order with no issues. Really quiet.

It comes with one DVD. A machine like this should have come with a Blu-ray out of the box. It has two front accessible bays but the second one does not have a door on it so you loose the front side sleekness if you use it. Had an issue with it freezing...

Runs Great! when everything works...

-I had the desktop on 24/7 for 2.5 weeks (wanted stuff to fail earlier than later) -I like how well everything is wired, very good work on Lenovo's part. -I didn't know how much I dislike not having a HDD notification light. I would be awesome if the...

-Runs smooth, the 256GB HD is a Samsung MZ-7LN2560 for those wondering -16GB RAM for my needs is good (32GB would be nicer for the price) -Seagate 2TB ST2000DX001 SSHD works great -Case design is very well done, good looking inside and out -Minimal...

-Getting the DisplayPorts to work with Asus monitors was a bit of a pain. Had to connect HDMI or DVI along with DisplayPort (2 cables) to each monitor first. Change settings then unplug HDMI/DVI cables. -After about 2 weeks the graphics card started to...

So Far So Great

It seems like this will be a great system for right now, and easy to upgrade down the line.

Beautiful sleek case, easy to open and good ventilation Can easily handle Witcher 3 and Fallout 4 on ultra settings I really like the gaming keyboard that comes with the system, but I prefer my Razer gaming mouse

Haven't found any cons yet, everything worked fine out of the box

not sure what to think at the moment

It quiet. That's all I know

At the moment, I'm hoping my monitor is the one that has completely crapped out and I have another one the way. Because I'm getting no signal. And the mouse came broken. The headphones are not high end, and I can't adjust the sound when there's a...
