This machine was off lease and I assumed was then refurbished. While it may be possible that the inside of the computer was refurbished, the outside was bad, had several loose keys, and generally in a fair state.

This is great system for the price. It is fast and has nice features. The only thing I had problem with was CA software pre-installed on it. It makes system very slow. Once you uninstall it, PC works great
