Cunning. Intel's NUC5iRYK configured with a Broadwell Core i3 is a mini-PC based on laptop hardware. It hardly exhibited any weaknesses in the test, but gaming is not one of its strengths.

Small form factor, reasonably quick,easy to set up.Perhaps more suited as a media server.

Space for only one m.2 ssd. Other models allow one additional 2.5" ssd/hdd/hybrid.

Amazing design achievement to pack equivalent of a medium spec desktop into 4x4x1 inch box.

Intel's online linux support could be better - patchy at best, given it's a barebones system and linux will be OS of choice for many.
