1) Windows 7 was a fast install ; 2) 6 USB ports as well as a multi-card reader on front of case ; 3) Excellent condition ; 4) Quiet ; 5) As advertised

1) No internal speakers. This is standard, but if you've been using a laptop like me for the last 4 years, you may need to go buy some ; 2) No webcam. Again, this is standard, but you may need to pick one up if you're used to a laptop that came with...

called up newegg and was told a replacement would be sent. They addressed the issue quickly. This is my first order and they lived up to the high marks my friends told me about. Looking forward to a nice new desktop!

None yet. Hooked it up and the desktop started fading in and out with a blue screen

Was disappointed in receiving a defective product but it was probably not neweggs fault

Terrific - like new

If you told me it was a refurbished pc I wouldn't believe it. I compared with other pc's and it seems to be priced pretty nicely. I wouldn't say it was a steal but I have not seen any pc with as many features for less. All pc's are cheaper now a days...

had plastic wrap over all the exposed areas ; no dirt or scratches anywhere ; for being refurbished hard to believe it wasn't new ; very fast start up ; Large hard drive ; lots of RAM ; excellent graphics (I tried Crysis 2 demo and it played it perfectly)

only 1 cd/dvd drive. I'm still deciding if I want to install a second one ; needs more usb ports ; needs a cover over the card readers
