HP M9675UK and 21.5" monitor

PC crashed randomly with Microsoft Window Error message saying no fix yet available - PC effectively useless. HP should sell an operating system package that at least works, their PCs are marred by this poor choice.

Competent when working

Hangs periodically requiring reboot, conflict between handset and PC

easy to set-up, blue ray dvd player c/w lightscribe burner, excellant graphics package, large memory ( ideal for gaming, large casing with space for expansion in the future, also ultra quiet running.

yet again no back up software discs included, this is getting far too common now with any new pc, the least you should get is the windows vista disc..............in fact you only get the bare minimum of accessories,

Fast, good spec and ease of use

Wireless keyboard and mouse driven from a plug in USB key is not the most reliable, and the BIOS needs the latest update to prevent freezes. Would prefer more info on the removable drive options to be available

The resolutions of the monitor make it very difficult to read - the font size is either too small, but shows everything, or big enough to read, and shows too litle of the screen. It's very frustrating

Loads of memory, nice and quick. Windows Media brilliant.

Drive draws a bit floppy. DVD draw catches on closure.
