Easy start up. Tower not too heavy either. Excellent value for money for an i5 processor with a solid RAM

Lack of Microsoft Office. Only one PCI port on motherboard to expand. So not much room to upgrade graphics card AND a sound card so. But I guess it's what you're looking for.

Some bloatware needed a lot of updates hardware updates from HP which was time munching

When I ordered the PC after reading the spec etc. I was not expecting to receive a keyboard and mouse so that was a pleasant surprise. Living in N. Ireland (the outback) I was really pleased with the delivery time (ordered Wed. evening arrived first...

Nothing springs to mind so far but give me time and can maybe find something to moan about.

My son set this up in no time, every thing is on there, windows etc. Very easy to use.

Appears to be a good solid quiet PC

lack of additional video port - but for the price, no complaints.

Works immediately out of the box. Very quiet.

Does not seem to want to accept any additional graphics card (tried 2).
