Consumer review (newegg.com)

great comp at a great price

I have never heard of nor bought any products by IBUYPOWER before, but after reading some reviews and looking at the overall specs of the product in question I decided to go ahead and give them a try. I received my computer promptly and basically just...

Huge upgrade to my old system, runs everything I need it to very smoothly and loads pretty quickly. Case isn't too bulky or ugly and overall a pretty quiet computer. Plenty of room inside the tower for improvements from the current system and for the...

None that I feel the need to write about

Completely nonfunctonal product, worst company I have *EVER* purchased from.

It only gets a 1-star rating because I couldn't drop it any lower. Yes, the product and service were so inexcusably atrocious that I will likely do everything within my power to deter people from buying Ibuypower and suffering the same fate I did....

Absolutely no pros. The computer DID NOT WORK out of the box due to the components being improperly installed. I couldn't even get the computer to turn on before the cheap power-supply shorted out and bricked it

Computer was 100% non-functional. Video card was faulty, motherboard was poorly installed, power supply was cheap and failed within 45 minutes of continued use. Customer service was worthless, they forced ME to pay the shipping price (60$) in order to...

Great Purchase

Overall, a tremendous value. The perfect system to build off of. Even standalone, perfectly sufficient for all but the most hardcore of gamers.

I ordered this computer on a Saturday night. So the first business day it could ship was Monday. For $4.49, the order was processed and shipped the same day and arrived on my doorstep at 10am Tuesday. So my ownership got off on the right foot. For...

No Sound Card. While not major, does add up to $50 to the eventual cost of the computer, no 3.0 USB, as listed on the overview. Included mouse, while better than I expected based on other reviews I read, would not hold up to heavy use. The Keyboard is...

Great value for the price

This computer is a steal. I've had a pretty bad gaming PC for some time and had been waiting to find a good deal. I was leaning towards building my own, and was very turned off to buying from a brand like iBuyPower that i hadn't heard of. This computer...

Excellent price ; Can run most games with very high FPS, with some tweaking involved for more demanding games

No wifi card (Although I very easily installed one)

Runs great!

Definitely worth the Price

Runs great! Skyrim on high gets 60FPS, 2013 Tomb Raider on high gets 25-40 FPS, Orcs must die 1 and 2 get upwards of 60 on highest settings. The XFX 7770 can handle all of my games

Small hard drive, no Wifi

One More Thing

One more thing I wanted to add was like what the other reviewer said. Mine also came with no loose connections, no loose parts, everything was sturdy. I also installed a 2nd dual layer dvd burner and a second sata hard drive as easily as plugging in...

Mouse is cheap and sometimes feels awkward in your hand. Pretty certain I'll eventually rub off the paint from continuous use

what a ride

so you, as a representative of your company, are not going to stand by your product?" cool.

got here 3 days after purchase, forum support was good

kenny' helped me both times I called. at the end of the first call he sounded annoyed, which is understandable because tech support can be mundane. Called the next day, same guy, terrible service. Didn't direct me back to newegg until the end of the convo
