I just buy this computer last week , and the start up is super slow plus i try to turn off the computer acouple times and the computer does not turn off

The computer itself is not bad, but dell/Microsoft have it loaded with all their tricks. It requires you to open a Microsoft account before you can even use the computer. Then it is all their own products and services popping up on screen all the time....
