Refurbished Product

The product is okay.

Product was refurbished and arrived defective. The disk drive was not operational. When I called to complain, I had the distinct impression from customer service that they didn't really care. You are advertised as a Microsoft authorized refurbishing...

Bought 2 and they are both junk

First, I am an IT professional with 15+ years experience, so this review is not a silly one based on some frivolous item that was actually right, but I just didn't understand it. we bought 2 of these just over 2 months ago and now both are...

They are cheap

They are dead after 2 months. waste of money

Bargin full size system with Win-7.

Fortunately, it came with an ATI Radeon HD3470 rather than the strange PNY Quadra NVS card I purchased a used "Core 2 Dual E6700" 2.67GHz CPU and WEI=6.1

Full size BTX case with a 375 Watt power supply. Arrived clean with no cosmetic signs of wear. Motherboard supports SATA. Being Dell, you can download the maintenance manual & diagnostics.

"Core 2 Dual E6320 " CPU was a slow 1.86Hz which only gave a WEI=4.8. The DVD-ROM is IDE.

Great Bargain!

Don't forget to buy some speakers. I totally brain farted on that one. This is specific to me but after I bought this I realized that my computer table was no where near my router and this thing didn't have wifi so I had to order one of those usb wifi...

Excellent deal. A new computer with all these attributes is about three times the price. I was nervous about buying a refurb but this is doing great. All that extra junk that comes on a new computer that I spend weeks taking off wasn't there. In the...

This machine will NOT load Windows 10. You get a free upgrade but it won't work. I had to revert to windows 7 which is fine but when you do, it does a factory reset so you lose anything you did, which includes all the updating of windows 7 just to get...

Nice Refurb

Seems to be "Like New" for a refurbished computer. Both the inside and outside are very clean. Booted right up. This machine has a small footprint for an office situation with heavy online database and office applications It fits the ticket.

I have not found any cons for this machine.

Great deal if you want WIndows 7 pro 64 bit

Two HP Pavilion i3 computers (new) did not work out of the box. For $285, the Dell 390 can't be beat. Don't be afraid of refurbished, it really means "less expensive", since Dell warranty is one year.

This Dell is more than fast enough for all of my wife's tasks. No difficulty setting up or connecting.

Does not come with wireless card, but I installed a TP-LINK T9E which connects from the computer upstairs to a router downstairs at the other end of the house. 4 bars.
