Old Musician

Since my initial review was pretty negative, I thought it would be right to do a follow-up. Once I got things put together, it turned out I had a bad graphics card. CyberpowerPC replaced it and everything has been working pretty well sense then.

Very high performance at a very good price. Customer support was decent once I got to them.

It's BIG. A couple of its 13 USB ports don't work. The mobo only supports 12, so that may be part of the issue (case/mobo mismatch). The eSATA ports don't work with my Cavalry RAID 5 Hard Drive Bay, but that may be because of the RAID.

Happy camper

Newegg needs better technical support so they can answer simple questions without wanting to issue an RMA.

This box is a screamer, plain and simple! I recieved this item on time, it was packaged nicely. I plugged it in and never looked back!

My system shows only 8 megs of ram instead of the 12 I purchased. When I called to ask about this they wanted to issue me an RMA number and told me to call the manufacturer for technical questions. FAIL! No way was I sending this back on a stupid RMA.

Machine was well packaged, arrived on time and in great condition. Did not have to open the case at all plugged it in and it booted right up. Graphics are a beast. Case looks great simple yet powerful (Cool to the touch but can feel the warm air...

Microsoft Vista: This is my first Vista machine I am normally a Mac OS X user but I wanted to try out the new nahelm processors and currently no Apple products are supporting them. I see what all the anger was about. Can this O/S get anymore watered...

Disappointed

Not sure of the resolution at this point, but this is certainly not the experience I had hoped for.

At this point there aren't any.

The unit would not boot out of the box. After talking to the Cyberpower Chat Tech and check the CMOS/BIOS setting, he advised me to open the case. Inside I found both hard drives and the extra brackets laying in a pile at the bottom of the case. The...
