Had it less than 12 hours

 

I was excited about this system and I hope it was an isolated incident. Newegg.com's RMA process is seamless

Numerous hardware problems right off the bat.

 

The customer service is the only bright spot with this PC. The mother board and sound card went dead extremely quickly and I don't even use this PC more than 3 times a week. Go with another brand!!
