graphics card was not connected so computer appeared to be broken on initial set up. Fortunately my step son is studing to be a computer engineer so this problem was resolved with out reference to the customer support. unfortunateley once this problem...

Had some good software provided, plenty of ports in the right place, nice well built design plenty of room for add ons.

some rubbish software provide most part programs cost to upgrade or use after a short period, not enough memory provided, lots of programs running in background causing slow running.
