The Best Stuff Ever

I had read in one of the other articles that it takes a day to cure, but that is definitely not the case. The two chemicals cause an exothermic reaction causing it to cure faster (so said arctic silver and I can confirm). It goes from a liquid state,...

I'm still breathless. I purchased this stuff to permanently attach the Enzotech CNB-R1 Forged C110 paired with the SUNON KDE1204PKVX to my Gigabyte 790FX Northbridge because Gigabyte has the craziest pin set. My Temps went from 44C to 29C. And get this...

continuation- So I thought man what else can I us this for. My router that gets hot, cold soldering, cold welding, anode and/or cathode adhesive. The possibilities are only limited by my brain and creativeness. I can't tell how awesome this stuff...

Arctic Silver is the best!

It's considered perm but if you freeze the parts bonded you may still be able to remove it but it's still a risk so be aware.

Simply the best on the market

Once opened it will harden over time so keep it in a small Ziplock to help preserve

3rd set I have owned

I have used this to glue heatsinks onto the ram in a video card. When that card came to end of life I tested how strong this stuff was. If put on well preped surfaces this stuff is very strong........

This is the 3rd set of this stuff I have had. Love it

Not really a con but just make sure what ever your glueing together you want together

Works Great

It was very easy to work with, though do take heed of the curing time. It's really not kidding when it says 2 - 5 minutes before it becomes unworkable.

Works exactly as advertised and nothing attached with this stuff will ever come loose

Arctic Silver rocks

Caution: Read all of the instructions on their website before applying any of their products. If you haven't already purchased it yet, purchase ArctiClean to remove any of the old stuff you want removed prior to applying this adhesive.

This great adhesive will help any heat sinks stick permanently for the life of that product. ASTA-7G helps to mount heat sinks and such that would normally fall off due to weak sticky tape. This is leet stuff with real silver in it

Use It

I got this product to attach a zalman heatsink kit to my asus 4850 video cards. Worked great.

Better than thermal tape

Short shelve life. Short working time. Use in small batches. If used on video memory use silicone or conformat coating on the pins to prevent shorts

The good stuff

You get what you pay for, a little goes a long way. I store mine in the fridge when I am not using it for extended periods, then allow to return to room temperature before using. This saves me from having to buy the product over and over. There is...

This is the best thermal transfer adhesive compound on the market. It does what it is supposed to do very well, which is transfer heat and permanently adhere one object to another

Not for use as a salad dressing

Saved My Rear

Know what you're buying (adhesive) and don't whine or give poor reviews when you find out that this isn't thermal paste. I get a kick out of the "Tech Knowledge: High Understanding" used by everyone. I've been a systems consultant, analyst,...

Years ago (ancient history by today's standards) I broke the heat sync clip plastic on my AMD K6-III 450. I had no way to reattach a heat sink without throwing the motherboard away - and that was not an option ; Enter Artic Silver Thermal Adhesive. I...

None that I found. Worked as advertised

Very Good

Used this to glue on the 8 heatsinks to my video card because the adhesive on the Accelero heatsinks didn't stick even after I prepared the surface with a pencil eraser and rubbing alcohol
