It was easy to install and use and for the price I payed it was value for money. Various memory card slots for easy use with different types of memory storage.

Very basic system, at times can be rather slow at booting up. Bulky machine

Had everything i expected worked outta the box.

Had To have tech guys out within 7 days as my DVD writer hadnt been connected properly.

it's a decent spec for the price

there seems to be a compatibility problem with the realtek audio software. i had to remove it to make the soundcard work properly. did this cause many items to be returned?
