Pretty nice set

This set does not have a hold function, but the mute function will do just fine.

This set has a lot of nice features and looks great in my office. Also is expandable up to 12 handsets. Call volume can be turned up pretty loud

While Newegg packaged this well (as always), the actual set looked like it was just thrown in the box without any kind of cushioning. Also, the ring volume is not very loud. Call quality could be better
