Buttons are fiddly and the volume on calls is not great

Very easy to use. Considering our age group I did not find it difficult to understand. Also we can hear it very plain. Would recommend this phone. Takes up little space,

Initially I thought this a bad, bad buy. But once I had got used to the operating process, and which buttons did what, all was well. I would certainly recommend it.
