We've seen all sorts of kitchen cookers, from a countertop pressure oven to a $5,000 Dacor double oven fit for a master chef. None of them have have earned our Editors' Choice yet, but the $1,249 Whirlpool Gold range (model WFE720H0AS) left me...

The Whirlpool WFE720H0AS boasts a thoughtful design and easy-to-use controls. It never produced a disappointing result in our test kitchen.

You won't find any unique or exciting features with this oven, which is a little disappointing given the $1,249 price tag.

If you're looking for a reliable, no-frills electric range with a fashionably modern look, this Whirlpool fits the bill.

Takes way too long to heat up

 

This stove takes over 12 minutes to reach temperature and sometimes longer. The burners also take FOREVER to get to the point where something actually starts cooking in a pan or skillet. I upgraded from an old electric spiral burner Whirlpool and it...
