Easily stored.

Tiers don't stack easily, they just don't seem to want to sit right. Meals take twice as long to cook as with my previous steamer.

This is one piece of kit no kitchen should be without. Veg just tastes sooooo much better - and no salt involved!! potatoes are wonderful, rice easy as. We all have gadgets in our kitchen that we don't use - but this one should be a compulsory purchase.

The heater part seems to gather limescale quickly

Great all round steamer

Could do with an automatic switch off when food has finished cooking. Maybe an on/off switch.

Ease of use - just fill it up and let it get on with cooking veg, rice. etc.

Cleaning always seems to be an issue with anything electrical. Whilst the trays all dismantle and go through the dishwash, the heating unit is difficult to clean and keep free of limescale

The water gauge timer is very clear and accurate

The baskets could do to fit together more easily

The vegetables retain their colour and flavour and texture and food cooked this way is much healthier and the product is sooo easy to use!!!! :-)

Does what it says on the tin! It's a good steamer, veggies are steamed evenly and quickly.

The lid has no handle on the top or any way of lifting the lid. You end up lifting at the edge which means as the steam escapes you could very easily burn your fingers.
