poor quality!!

will never buy this brand again!!!

After experienced this rice cooker, nothing I can write here, because no Pros!!

After few months of use, inner layer non-stick coat peeling off and stick on the rice. water pops everywhere from the top steam vent when rice is boiling, as the other customer mentioned, a 20 bucks rice cooker is better quality then this one. I have...

The quality is not good.

If the losing coat is Teflon, that will be a big issue.

cheap price

The Non-Stick Coating on inner pot is losing after 6 months regular using. I need a replacement.

Solid. It's been a real performer.

I'm really glad I got one. It makes better rice much more easily than I can on the range, and what a great price!! I have yet to try any "meal in a pot" recipes or the browning function, but this looks intriguing.

I've had this since last spring and I've been using it a couple times a week. Nicely built. It looks and feels much more expensive than it is. The 3D heating really works and the rice turns out wonderful, evenly cooked with no scorching even when...

I often cook brown rice, but their is no setting for it. The "brown" setting is to slightly scorch white rice for Chinese clay pot style dishes, but there is a work around: I load in the rice with water or stock and whatever oil I might be using, then...

I never knew how good quinoa could taste

At the price I paid, about $60, I think this is a bargain. A real game changer for me. Using white quinoa I used 2 cups of water for 1 cup of quinoa.

I bought this unit primarily to cook quinoa. I never tasted quinoa as fluffy as this and I love it. It didn't take long either, about 20 minutes.

No problems yet.

Makes great rice, check the power cord

If you think none of the front panel switches work, the problem MIGHT be that the power cord has worked its way out of the socket on the back. What'll happen is that the clock will still be one (because of the internal battery) but the unit has no...

Makes perfectly fluffy rice every time. Much better than regular cheap rice cookers that always burn a layer to the bottom. Just rinse your rice, dump it in, add water, press Start, enjoy rice. "Keep warm" function actually works and doesn't dry out...

Bubble switches are REALLY stiff and hard to push. You pretty much have to hold onto the unit as you press them so it doesn't slide around your counter. If you make the minimum quantity of rice (1 "cup") it doesn't come out quite as fluffy. I'm pretty...

Fuzzy Wuzzy Rice

Based on all the previous bad reviews, I have gone into alternative use mode, in the event it fails to cook rice. Alternative use (1) I will try to fit a motherboard inside for mod case. Alternative use( 2) I will attempt to attach copper coils and...

Cooks Rice unattended and keeps it warm for days Nice shape (looks like a pregnent roller skate)

All the previous bad reviews. However for sale price I decided to take a chance.

Too hot

I bought this to replace a Panasonic cooker. I have yet to finesse a good batch of rice from this cooker. On the white or brown settings, the machine boils all the water off before the rice is remotely done. I have to add additional water three to five...

Steamer function

Cooking temperature way too high.

RHRC-13001 Rosewill

I like this rice cooker. Price is right and it cooks rice right. My old one cooked crispy dry rice all the time. This one is totally different story. Rice is steamy and soft, just what I wanted. Most importantly, it cooks rice fast. We like it as I...

Expensive Cheap Junk

Unacceptably Painful Shipping return charges = more than value of unit. I refuse to subsidize seller's deep discount shipping costs with my overpriced return of their cheap junk.

Low cost on sale, 'round fitty. Still keeps time. Worked well, when it worked. Makes low cost but reliable cookers look good.

After six months and a dozen uses, buttons went dead. Dollars per cup to cook rice speaks for itself. Cheap junk. Maybe they should reconsider executing factory managers for producing this junk?
