Good rice cooker

 

Buy it, but when its on sale

It cooks brown and white rice pretty well. Cleaning is easy. It's awesome got it on sale for$80

Takes 2-3 hours cooking brown rice, but I knew that. After finishing rice the steam just drips all over your table/counter

Defective unit, worse technical support

 

After dealing with tech support, we decided to go with another company that actually understands what their product does. Maybe Panasonic should stick with consumer electronics and leave appliances to companies that understand them.
