Cooks excellent. Meat, chicken, fajitas, bacon, sausages, vegetables like broccoli, carrots, cauliflower and potatoes , re-heat pizza. Been using mine for over a year (near daily) with no issues. Heat up (re-heat) bread or diner rolls

My experience is it does not bake well (like cakes, bread).
