only improvement would be to add a way to adjust the temperature of the oil other than just turning it off but love it!

This is one awsome cooker! i used it at a carnival and it was perfect! i first though the fry pans were too thin but they worked great. very easy to put together and operate. THIS IS A KEEPER!!
