Works great!

 

Cooks food very fast and evenly. Easy to use with clear instructions.

Does take longer than cooking time says as you have to take into account the warm up and cool down period, but still REALLY fast, so not much of a con!

I bought the Instant Pot from Amazon UK too as they are not available in Aust. I had read a lot of positives about this particular machine on blogs I had been reading, and felt that having a stainless steel inner pot was worth the effort of the online...

Awesome cooker!

 

This is a kitchen essential. I've used it every day since buying it. It makes everything from stews, pasta, vegetables to a cup of chia tea, all in a flash. Not soaked dry beans are cooked soft in less than half an hour. Carrot and potatoes steamed...
