Poor quality control

This would be a great product if it worked as designed. I previously purchased one of these ovens a couple of years ago and it worked perfectly, I used it so much and cleaned the burned off grease off so infrequently that I thought it would be easier...

Poor manufacturing and quality control. I'll think twice before purchasing another Hamilton Beach product.

toaster oven

If the noise that a convection oven bothers you, then get a toaster oven without the setting.

I've had this toaster oven for only three weeks, but, so far, I'm very pleased with it and don't have any complaints. Some people have complained that the convection setting is noisy, but that is normal for a convection oven. The noise doesn't bother...

None, so far. If that changes, I'll let you know.
