have used before on another purchase and like the look and features

I bought this 2 years ago but it just stopped working.

Bought unit over a year ago when we started remodel. opened and installed last month . Thought we purchased micro convection, as salesman indicated. oh well !! unit works and looks just fine in our new kitchen.

Wanted to purchase a convection micro. With smudge resistant finish to match Other appliances. Ok, but display panel scratched easily. Power seems lower than listed. Have to add time.fan loud.

Great features, hits everything we needed. however, max power seems to take longer to heat food than expected

I wanted to like it, but the front panel quickly broke. You can no longer push any of the buttons, and it turns itself on a random times. We have to keep it unplugged now.
