Very Easy to use and the rice quality is outstanding, very fluffy everytime and it keeps the rice warm

Works perfect every time for both boxed and stock rice... I hate cooking rice and trying to get it right in the pan and the mess with overflow in the microwave. This little thing is very pretty and works fantastic.

No off button... You have to unplug it to turn it off... Which is strange.
