I had the cheap one which started to leak,.hHence deided to swap for this one. Cooks well, at first suspicious to hinged cover, but turns out to be a good solution. Dishwasher safe - important for me as well. Keep in mind guys that you shouldn't use...

Customer Service was so fantastic! Slow cooker is working very well and food is lovely! One minus - slow cooker is little bit to small.

Seems to cook slower than my last slow cooker but I just need to adjust and start a little earlier. The hinged lid does save mess on the worktop so a great, practical feature. The indicator light does go off and I'm not sure if it's reached temperature...

never used a slow cooker before I bought this one and now I wouldn't be without it, you just add all your ingredients to the pot switch on and few hours later your food is ready, great if you've a busy lifestyle

This is perfect for myself and my partner - I've made a cooked chicken, chicken & veg soup and a curry in it so far and they were all cooked deliciously! The detachable lid is good and the whole pot isn't too big to store or keep on the worktop.
