This product does not have easy to access online drivers to update for windows 7, so good luck finding any. My opinion, if you have windows 7, do not buy this product. Waste of time and effort that will eventually lead you to returning it.

Not sure of all the complaints but, set this to a default driver on my MAC and used garage band. It works great for everything I need it for. Picks up audio just fine and records fine but, I can adjust in my software.

Terrible microphone...only good if you want to sound like your in a tin can. Returned mine immediately.

I needed a new mic for ventrilo usage, and this microphone cannot even detect my phone unless my mouth is on it. If I turn my microphone volume to the highest setting (800%) I can be heard, but it's still soft and the sound is not a good quality.
