I read the reviews, I bought the device. I smiled at its relative *quietness (with respect to my old grinder). Unfortunately, the love affair ended when I realized that it would sporadically not grind. The mechanical parts are obviously whirring but ...

Intermittently, doesn't feed beans to grind so doesn't produces variable amounts of ground coffee.

Style, quietness, capacity, grind quality, grounds don't fly everywhere.

Beans get stuck, dial snapped off, machine no longer shuts off automatically!!
