If you find it hard to follow the instructions, getting the right pressure, the coffee tastes great. The same coffee, used in your cafetière, which you found bitter, is better. The milk froths up quickly and is lovely and hot.

Wasted many bags of coffee beans on this machine trying to get a half decent cup of coffee. Tried every combination of quantity and coarseness/fineness of the grind but none of it brings up the pressure to the “correct”pressure on the gauge. Difficult...

Quality of the coffee compared with other smaller machines I have had.

You have to be careful to really press the coffee granules to get the pressure up especially for espresso.

Great barista, best for expresso with fresh ground coffee as a real Italian Cafe.

Makes great coffee whether using the coffee grinder or using ground coffee from a bag. Keep an eye on the water reservoir - it does seem to get empty fairly quickly. That aside - we all love the coffee from this machine.
