It is extremely easy to use and makes a perfect cup of coffee without having to travel to Spain or France to get it!

It could benefit from an automatic cut off switch ,

Doesn't state it is not automatic but you can live with it!

I didn't realise that this basic model was not automatic and that you have to switch on and off to make coffee - would prefer just to press a button and it starts and stops as necessary - this is available but in the more expensive model.

Could ber improved by hotter water and making multiple cups at once

Makes great coffee with very little fuss

Coffee produced is more suited to cappacino, expresso or latte... not so great for Americano as if you want a decent sized americano you end up using a couple of catridges... but hey its worth it.

Very easy to use. Very small footprint so doesn't take up much worktop space.
