Very easy to use, have had an expensive Gaggia which has had to be sent back three times. I got this one as a cheap alternative as couldn't do without a coffe machine and I can't fault it.

Compact, stylish, professional-looking and great value for money.

The filter holder is extremely stiff when locking in the portafilter. It's also very noisy (even for a coffee machine) and the steamer releases a lot of steam for such a small machine.
