WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE COFFEE MAKER. MY ONLY CRITSIZIM IS THAT IT WAS ADVERTISED AS GOLD. IT IS NOT GOLD , BUT BLENDS IN WITH MY COLOR SCHEME VERY WELL. I DON'T KNOW WHAT I WOULD HAVE CALLED IT, BUT TAUPE IS PROBABLY MORE ACCURATE THAN GOLD.
